A fascinating programme about genetic engineering and how it is influencing modern life as well as fashion and textiles. Relating back to the spider silk, as mentioned in a previous post, we now begin to look at the possibilities of farming spider silk as well as enhancing the uses of bio-bricks and the brilliant 'reflectin' piece of genetic data within an octopus.
